Transitional Housing
Catholic Charities provides transitional housing, workforce development and other services to single homeless men, and to pregnant women and single mothers with children to help them move from homelessness toward stable lives.
What We Do
Catholic Charities operates two transitional housing programs that help single homeless men, and also pregnant women and single mothers with children, to transition from homelessness to independent living. Case management, counseling and a focus on workforce development are the cornerstones of the services offered. All adult clients must be able and willing to work.
