Here at Catholic Charities Diocese of Arlington, we recognize that workforce development is an important aspect of transforming lives. Catholic Charities serves as the diocesan resource center, facilitating the response of the Catholic community to human needs, regardless of religious affiliation, and by collaborating with other agencies and organizations that share our goals. We offer a variety of workforce development programs including; Job Readiness, Financial Literacy training, and Immigrant and Refugee Training and Employment. In all of our services we strive to bring the transformative love of Christ, to those we meet.
