Caitlin and David

Hello! We are Caitlin and David and we thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. We have a biological son, named Luke, who was born in 2018. We love to play outside, take family walks and bike rides, do arts and crafts, play music, and visit the library. In the summer we also enjoy visiting the neighborhood pool and making a trip to the beach. During the fall we enjoy visiting farms and going apple picking and pumpkin picking. Luke loves cars, trucks, dogs, and Legos. We also have a small and friendly dog named Louis. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He loves people, bubbles, chasing tennis balls, and especially snuggles.

We live in Ashburn, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, D.C. There are lots of extended family members living near us, and we enjoy spending time with them often. Caitlin’s parents and siblings live less than a mile from us and David’s parents live in nearby Alexandria, Virginia. Living close to everyone provides us with a network of people who can be physically present to help when we are in need and to provide us with emotional support. Our faith is also a central part of our life and we like to attend and volunteer at our local Catholic church.
