Supporting Individuals and Families on the Path to Independence Food Through the Christ House Evening Meal and St. Lucy Project, Catholic Charities provides a Catholic response to the hunger and food insecurity in our communities throughout the Diocese. Housing Through its transitional housing programs, Catholic Charities offers single men and families the resources and tools needed to transition from homelessness to independent living. Clothing Through its Clothing Closet and Mobile Response Center, Catholic Charities gives hope to those in need by supplying them with the basic necessities of everyday living such as clothing, blankets, hygiene products and more.
