I am happy to share with you Catholic Charities’ Fiscal Year 2007 Annual Report, which covers July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2007 -- see below .
Through this report, I hope you will see how Catholic Charities uses your donations to serve those in need throughout our diocese, which includes 21 counties and 7 independent cities in northern Virginia. During Fiscal Year 2007, we helped nearly 25,000 individuals.

We are a faith-based nonprofit social service agency (a 501 (c) 3 agency) that helps those in need regardless of race or creed.
Your gifts of time, talent, and treasure provide friendship to an elderly woman, a hot meal to a homeless man, and a listening ear to a troubled teenager. A loving couple is able to adopt a baby, and a mother of three young children now has a car to drive to the grocery store and the pediatrician. An immigrant from Central America gets help in finding a better job to support his family.
All of these blessings come from your continued generosity. Your generosity is not lost on us, and it is not lost on God. Thank you for trusting us with your treasure as we strive to serve those among us who are in need.
